Hi Rupert, how do I get my hands on the above as mentioned by kitkat1 in the Lactate Threshold Training Thread. ??

From what I understand, you’ll have to wait for it. We don’t have this program available for sale at this point, but we expect to have programs for the 100m,200m,400m and 1500m all available in 2007 plus much more.
