Speed and Strength Advanced Athletic Preparation Seminar
This powerful one day seminar is devoted to the development of speed and strength as presented by two of the world’s most successful coaches. This will be the first time these two World Class coaches have presented together in the United States!
The seminar will take place in two parts. Part I, will share with you the methods, philosophies and techniques these coaches have developed over decades of training athletes. Part II, will give you the unparalleled opportunity to see and hear these coaches work with athletes both on the track and in the weight room! This is the chance to learn directly from those who have impacted the way people train all over the world- Don’t miss it!!
The Coaches:
Charlie Francis: Undisputably one the best sprint coaches of all time. Under Francis’ supervision his athletes won Gold medals at the Olympic Games, World Championships and Commonwealth Games. Charlie Francis’ strength, periodization and sprint training methods are used world wide. He has authored several books on speed and has improved the speed of athletes from the NFL, NHL, collegiate football, and the NBA.
Ian King: Ian’s association with success is beyond coincidence. His involvement with athletes in over 10 countries and over 20 different sports has provided a rare and ideal opportunity to develop successful physical preparation methods applicable to the multi-year development of the athlete. He has prepared athletes for every winter and summer Olympic Games since 1988 and every Commonwealth Games since 1984 as well as World Championships and World Cups in numerous sports.

I noticed the early bird registration date has already passed…In Rupert’s post it says discount if registered before 7/31. The first time I saw the posting was tonight. Will that date be extended for the discount? Looks like Rupert posted yesterday the 6th of August…Thanks
Coach MDD - Good question! We’re doing some upgrades over the next few days, so give us a couple of days to get it all set up.
Re Boston discount. Rupert has contacted the organizers and they have extended the offer. Rupert will post the details shortly.
