Hello to everyone, where i can buy the book " cfts "on internet but not eBook? I live in italy, is it a problem for the shipment?
why don’t you want the ebook? Good luck getting a hard copy version and if you do expect to pay a lot for it.

I have one copy in book form: Claudio, you can buy it for $US1000 dollars or $Euro1000 whichever is worth most…no, wait, I missed another zero 
It’s pretty hard to find in the original paper format. Best to get the ebook from CF himself, or else try through some kind of “Book-Search” mechanism which some book shops subscribe to, but even if you find one you can expect it to be in bad condition - like the one I found a few years ago.
Yea it’s probably cheaper to just buy the ebook then take it to a print shop and have it printed & bound.
We’ve actually been thinking about CFTS2 in print…who knows what the future will bring.
