Has anyone got a copy of Charles Poliqiuns ‘Grid Iron Warriors’ ?
Could someone review it for me?
Its out of print and I can’t get a copy anywhere.
Or even anyone got a copy or know where I can pick one up…???
I am not sure how closely you have been following Poliquins work through the years. If you have since the muscle media 2000 days, their is not much new material on it. Some new info on strongman training and exercise testing. If interested in a copy contact me via PM, I will sell my copy as I have had it for about a year and don’t really listen to it anymore.
