I will be training along over the summer, I do have a friend who have access to timing gates etc but I perfer not to go that route. If all fail I will have normal training sessions for 7-8 weeks follow by 2-4 weeks rest/active rest before starting gpp. BTW, the summer months is a great time for me to grow my business and make some extra cash so thats why it’s diffcult for me to start my gpp in the summer months. I was planning on following David W setup: Speed: Mon/Thur, Tempo: Wed/Sat, Weights: Tue/Fri and each session would last 70-80mins which would allow me the extra time I need to invest in my business.
