I was toying with the idea that lowering my center of gravity would help with my starts. Although my legs are strong and of reasonable size I was thinking that they could be a little thicker. I noticed Ben had a mean set of wheels on him. Is there any method to my madness?:baddevil::
The only reason to lower the CG is if you’re popping up out of the blocks. The usual means is to spread the hands wider in order to lower the shoulders in the set position. Remember, such a change requires more power and may cause increased fatigue later in the race.

How are you planning to lower CG?
( increased block spacing, wider hand positions, etc)
