has anyone experience good results with carnitine like weight loss, energy boost, recovery etc. Am trying to find out if it’s beneficial so I won’t be throwing money away

I tried it in the summer of 2006 and I got quite light, but then I was dieting hard, probably too hard as well, and I couldn’t tell you whether I lost fat or lean mass really. It is likely to bring a more noticeable affect if combined with long duration endruance training as opposed to a sprinters training.
