Carl Lewis during his workout in March 1993, doing 450m

I wonder who is that guy running with Carl? anyone can answere? Anyway, I timed that sprint and was it 49 for 400m. I remember they doing some breakdown sprint like 400-300-200 or maybe in this case 450-300-200?

It’s interesting to see Carl’s technique at considerably lower velocities.

Possibly both guys were supposed to run 500, one continued, Carl not feeling well and dropping out.
