Anyone try the Carb Cycling Diet ? It’s basically 3 days 70g carbs from veggies and 3 days high carbs, 200-450g a day.

Even though I don’t agree with the way bodybuilders train and how they bulk & cut with their diets, there are many aspects of nutrition that bodybuilders implement which are useful to athletes. Refeeds being one of them.
