Hi guys,
This isnt exactly a training question, but it is supplement related. Im studying for the MCAT in 8 weeks and i was wondering how caffeine might help?

I have caffeine tabs that i take before a game. They seem to help, focus and concentration.

Could they help for study?

Are there any side affects from taking say a tablet a day?

Any other supplements that might be helpful for study?

Thanks guys!

Try rhodiola extract. Great results for me. Studies have shown that it improve mental performance, energy levels, libido and sleep.

Oxiracetam Powder
and Alpha-GPC Powder 50% Choline

Green tea works(specifically the caffeine and l-theanine it contains), also, every twenty minutes or so try to take a few slow, deep breaths. It helps with memory retention.
