This isnt exactly a training question, but it is supplement related. Im studying for the MCAT in 8 weeks and i was wondering how caffeine might help?
I have caffeine tabs that i take before a game. They seem to help, focus and concentration.
Could they help for study?
Are there any side affects from taking say a tablet a day?
Any other supplements that might be helpful for study?
