Is tue that Caffeine negates the effect of Creatine, is this true?
I usually take creatine 1 hour before I workout, then some caffiene just before my workout, is this ok or is the caffeine destroying the creatine?
I take my preworkout formula an hour after my Creatine product. Not much of a risk if you have that fear. When looking at research try to find gaps or openings of possiblities. I take my Creatine product during the gpp and spp and tend to take it PWO.
