have any of you ever used the CAD program for football, also how much speed work can you do with a program like since it is soo demanding?

Full Back squat
6 sets of 5 reps with 85% using a tempo of 301, 3-4 minutes between sets

Hang snatch
6 sets of 3 reps with 88 %, 2-3 minutes between sets

Jump squat
6 sets of 8 reps with 25%, 2-3 minutes between sets

Hurdle jumps
5 sets of 10 with your body weight, 1-2 minutes between sets

Step-up jumps
5 sets of 10 with your bodyweight, 1-2 minutes between sets
squat 6x5 @ 85%? That would be about it for me!
Seriously though, I’ve done stuff similar to this with success but I question the loads and sequencing in your example. I would think after 6x5 @ 85% squat that you would be trashed. Maybe I’d do:
squat 3x3 @ 85% then
6x2 snatch @ 88%
rest looks ok
The idea is great if you can increase the quality of your jumping exercises via the squats & snatches. If they just tire you out for the jumps, it’s not worthwhile.
If you want to do speed work for football before this I might just do something like warmup then 5x30m then lift.
