They have simply divided people into two (very old and traditional) categories - the introvert and the extrovert. It would have been better if they went with the four temperaments.

lower energy level, reserved, soft spoken
What if you have high energy levels but are both reserved and soft spoken? There is such a thing as self control you know.
highly energetic (good for sprints!) ; enthusiastic (useful for coaching) , charming (coaches better be on SE days) , imaginative (you are) , improvisational (are you dealing with African athletes? 
) ; sees possibilities (how can one see a possibility?) ; spontaneous (i saw that) ; easily bored with repetition (divide reps in sets, it gets things easier) ; enjoys solving people’s problems (thanks TC!) ; catalyst, marketer (what does this mean?) , language skilled (à vérifier mon ami…).
Catalyst = makes things happen. Marketer = “marketing” is the process of creating or directing an organization to be successful in selling a product or service
