It’s a shame that WADA functions so dissimilarly from the US legal system that, while rife with dysfunctions of its own, at least distinguishes the punishment for different crimes based upon the nature of the crime.
WADA seems to match the drug equivalents of jay walking and child molestation as one in the same as far as the punishment is concerned.
