WORLD JUNIOR 200-metre record holder Usain Bolt said he is happy with his present form.

Bolt, who made a reasonable return to the track over two weeks ago at the Seminole Invitational held at the Mike Long Track Complex in Tallahassee, Florida by running 20.51 seconds, believes that is a good indication for his training programme.

The race was Bolt’s first under new coach Glen Mills and also his first in eight months.

“My training is going pretty well … to run 20.51 seconds, I am very happy with that. We are working on going lower than that,” Bolt said of he and his coach.

He also said the 20.51 seconds in last week’s run was comfortable, because “I executed as my coach (Glen Mills) said”.

“It was just to go out there and see how well I was doing (in training),” he said

“Training is great and the relationship between my coach and I is really good, so I am enjoying myself,” Bolt said.
