Bodyweight/circuit exercises during the gpp phase?

I am in my second week of gpp now, which I am using to prepare myself for my basketball season in 10 weeks. I am new to this type of training that you all do, and I have been reading over the CFTS ebook and talking to many people recently.

I know I need to be doing a lot of bodyweight exercises (pushups, dips, pullups, squats, lunges, etc.). My question is, when do I do them? I am doing a high intensity (cns) day 3 times per week, with a low intensity (tempo) day three times a week as well. Where can I fit the bodyweight exercises in? Should I do them before tempo? After? Any help would be appreciated, and I apologize if this is a stupid question.

I’d do the body-weight exercises on the low intensity day.
