i cant really change most of it as i have weightlifting class last part of the day and its for a grade can anyone critique for me?

damn i just found out my weightlifting teacher has us on the bigger faster stronger program should i be worried?i’ve heard bad things

hmm its not as bad as people make it seem, but id stick to the stuff u see here if you can.

i cant the guy keeps looking at me everytime i do something since i’m the only one who can do the weights right and the only one who knows how to do a correct hang clean

so what, unless he says something and tells you to stop, then just keep on with it. I do my own thing and get looks, but then i bust out the highest squat, one of the fastest 40’s, so i could care less. Unless he speaks to you(which could hurt your grade or possibility of playing if you ignore it at that point) keep on with it.

what do you think about my schedule?i think it sucks and i feel like i’m gonna die

yeh it does, dont do a sprinting program, just do football, no plyos, no sprinting, no tempo(well maybe the day after the game). As for weights football is very hard on ur body so lower weight must be used to maintain strength.

whatcha think about my goals?to much?i dont wanna tone em down cause i like setting my sights high

if you follow a good weight training program(like the one i have set out) and follow charlies principles they are definately doable. As for whether gaining mass and liftin weights is effective. My friend was stuck at 11.3 for a long time, he started lifting, went from 150-165, now he runs 10.90 regularly…so dont be gunshy about lifting and gaining functional muscle.
