The use of these social networks sets you up for failure if you aint strong enough…I’ve seen a lot of talk lately and a lot of cats are falling short because of the high/unrealistic expectation they are putting on themselves. Stop the chat and perform!

Without de-railing this thread topic, it is interesting to see which athletes respond to training questions and which completely ignore them. JW and Gay are two who have been open to my questions for months. Pistorious and I have had several twitter chats on training. His workouts resemble KK’s in many ways with split runs serving the bulk of many workouts.
