Biosignature Modulation

Is anyone familiar with Charles Poliquin’s latest work on site-specific fat loss? It states that “each person has a unique biochemistry which means they respond differently to stress in environments as well as nutrients”.

I have not seen it discussed elsewhere and was just curious as to the validity of such a topic and whether it would be worth attending his latest $eminar.

While I don’t discount individual differences among athletes, is it really this complicated or is physique transformation more just about hard work and discipline (like Chris T’s)?

I would love to hear more expert opinions on the topic.
