whats the best thing to do between sprints? i usually just walk back and forth so i do cool down… but would it be better to do some dynamic/static stretches or something?
I just walk around as well.
I like to give about a 10 sec stretch and a quick chop massage just to relax enough and get some fresh blood moving around. Immediately after, I do a couple jumps, some standing Bs for to check the firing order and get ready to go. For me it seems to create the same effect
in BT reps try to relax/recover.
