Best Media Player for Slow Mo Replay?

Hi,
I was just wondering what media player you all use?
I mainly use my digital camera to capture my power clean and 30m sprint times so id love to find a player to skip through frame by frame and give an accurate time down to the hundreths of a second.
so far i’ve tried all the usual suspects like Windows Media 10, video lan, divx, media player classic and the best i’ve found is Real player gold which allows me to get accurate to the tenths of a secons but only barely as its manual skip.
Anyone got any other recommendations??

I have used Quicktime Pro and extracted every frame. The free picture-viewer Irfanview can do this for some formats too. (Can’t remember which)
