Not sure if this is a double post, but this is a list of the best combo sprinters (100m, 200m, 400m).
I never knew Mo Green ran a 48 in the 400m, and also, I wonder how long the gap is for each respective sprint. I mean can you run a 46 one year, then a 20.1 and 10.1 six years later and it still count? If anything, is does show how much fitness these guys have to be able to break 50 in the 400m.

Wow, I also know one of the guys on this list personally, I use to train with him too, he’s a real nice guy. I was running 200m runs (intensive tempo) and my hammy went out and he stopped running to help me while everybody else in the pack kept running. HSI wanted to pick him up but he did not want to train with them for some reason.
“Mike Mitchell …10.22 (1135)… 20.33 (1178) … 45.88 (1125)”
I know of this guy too; "Mickey Grimes … 9.99 (1219)… 20.31 (1181) … 47.20 (1045)"
I met up with his coach (coach Blackman) and had a talk about his training style and such. Coach Blackman is from Jamaica/Caribbeans but trains athletes in California.
