Charlie, or whomever can appropriately answer this question on the forum…
I have searched throughout this forum, and read your books/e-books (and thoroughly enjoyed and benefitted from all of it). But… I do have a question that I could never find the answer to anywhere.
I know that Ben Johnson’s protein intake, as well as the remainder of Charlie’s athletes intakes, was high, but did Ben or anyone else actuallly use a protein supplement, or was the protein taken from whole foods entirely?

Thank you all for the prompt replies. Of course, the next natural question is which protein supplements did B.J. use?
I have no vested interest, just simple curiousity because Charlie is always quite thoughtful and precise with the supplementation of his athletes.

I am fairly sure Charlie has said that his athletes used Musashi supplements for a good portion of the time in the group.
