Alright, I have a pretty simple question here. Basketball starts in the middle of october, so I am basically in the heart of my off season right now. I am lifting and doing a good plyo workout and seeing good results. My question is, how many times per week should I train for conditioning/endurance? I was thinking twice a week max I would do interval sprints/tempo. Any thoughts on this?
myself i go once a week but let my speed endurance stuff from track and my summer league (basketball) let me get me into shape…
