It’s an instalation, or whatever, with more than 50,000 polystyrene balls in a room with 10 fans blowing them to create a shimmering effect. The woman in the picture is the artist, an Australian and the work is in the NSW art gallery, according to the photo which i found. It must be amazing to see in person.
