I am a 24-year-old junior heading back to college and need some training tips. I play wide receiver and I am looking to improve the following:
Speed, agility, strength, route running, hand-eye coordination, vertical jump and a better recovery time.
I recently attended Cris Carter’s FAST program in Boca Raton, FL and learned some great stuff for speed and agility but I am still a little unclear on a few things such as strength training, nutrition and recovery.
I am going in as a mid year walk-on at Valdosta State University and need some help, so please HELP!!!
