Does anyone have a link to the protocol/study/ for the ‘Australian Ladder’ anaerobic shuttle test (Name???) 6 x 30secs (5m and back, 10m and back, 15m and back 20m and back) with 30secs recovery. Kind of like the Wingate test with peak distance and drop off distance over the 6 sets being measured.
