Will be interested to see how Ambler goes. He raced here a couple of times pre Christmas and was in pretty good nick. He is only young too either still 19 or just 20.

its prob where he should end up, he is too slow for 400m world class but is an aerobic machine so am sure he could go sub 1.50 easy
