I’m not sure about this year but the picture you saw might have been from about 7-8 years ago when HSI ran a very good 4x1 time at the Texas relays. They used a similar picture on the cover for the track and field news book on sprints and relays by Jess Jarver. The picture could have been from the same sequence of photos/same meet. Just a guess.
Yeah, with the bad weather I doubt if Mo would have run at all if he was even there.
Yes, I understand that a lot of coaches pulled their athletes from either the entire meet or at least the finals. I was interested in seeing what that kid Rynell(sp?) Parsons would run in the finals of the h.s. 100 but like many he was scratched.

I was actually thinking the same thing about the weather and people getting pulled.
