Hi all,
I am preparing a dryland program for swimmers aged 11-13. Many of the drills and exercises in the workout videos have some correlation to swimming. Would those assingments be applicable to this age of athlete? Remember swimmers tend to train alot but are rarely well versed athletically which is why I like the Skips, Hops, medball work found here.
Would these exercises by used by track coaches coaching the same age of athlete?
