Has there been any follow up or more literature produced on this concept. This is interesting only in that fascia is a relatively unknown piece of our anatomy. It’s like the Mariana Trench. We think we know about it, but we really don’t know that much in relation to some other parts of ocean floor/anatomy.
Has Weck followed up anywhere on this or has Gay made any other comments on it’s benefits?

Frankly I noticed this occurring naturally with several of my athletes when we emphasize Charlie’s sprinting recommendations in the GPP and Running Drills videos.
