arms and hip drive (video)

Video of me running a 150 (16.3) in a recent just for fun time trials (in blue tights leading the race). Ive been told I need to work on hip height and the way i move my arms. looking at the video what do you all think? I think my arms look robotic and choppy but not quite sure how to go about changing this. Cheers!

Your carry looks good, it seems though that maybe your crossing your chest slightly, not really sure but thats what it seems like. You dont seem to be sitting in your hips, maybe you do in your start but cannot tell from this video. The only thing i really noticed that would improve your speed is arm speed, it seemed a lil on the slow side. Hope that help some.

I wouldn’t mess with anything too much. Austin might be right about arm speed but nothing else seemed like it was really holding you back to me.
