Interested in incorporating some medicine ball exercises into my workout. Both explosive and core exercises.
If you could only have one size(weight) medicine ball what would you choose? Bouncing or non-bouncing? Rubber outside or old school leather (expensive)? I’m 5’9, 165lbs, avg strength if it matters
Sounds right. We got ours from a company in Italy called Trial. I think they have a web site, but, unfortunately, the company we got them from in Montreal went under (typical, as they were a great company!)
I’ve found prices online ranging from $44 (out of stock) to $77 (leather). Mostly in the mid $50s however. Are these prices inline with what you guys have paid?
Also, everyone suggested rubber, 12lbs. Do your balls bounce (bball like) or is there just enough rebound to get it back when throwing against a wall? Any vendors I should avoid or are medicine balls rather generic?
