I ordered 200 euros worth biotest products from UK based firm which inet address is 1getfit.com and it strongly seems that I got ripped off(no I didnt lose any fat at the process ). I have tried to contact them numerous times via email but no answer what so ever. If there is anyone who got any ideas about how I should continue with my crusade to get my order or my money back Im more than happy to listen. Im still going to try to contact them with phone and see if I can get to contact with someone that way.
If someone know a trust worthy european firm selling biotest products and that are able to ship them inside europe please let me know.
I haven’t ordered from them directly ,but from their Norwegian reseller. They list Norway and Denmark as examples of countries they ship to ,but ask for an email from interested customers in other countries.
Tried to phone the company just now but got an answering service. I can try again tomorrow. Just to confirm - they have your cash but you don’t have their products - right?
Make sure the products you’ve ordered can be shipped to your country. Sometimes rules vary by country and products can get held up at the border. Call customs to see if there are any problems.
If you used a visa card u may be covered if you haven’t received the goods - send ur private details in a message and one of us can ring on ur behalf and demand an explanation .
My creditcard was billed the next day I made the order so yes they have my money.
Getting answering machine when you tried to call them kind of suggest that they either got worst customer service in UK or its a hoax company.
Charlie, In europe its enough if the goods are customed at one EU country so in theory Finnish customs wouldnt´t take the package in to inspection cause I ordered from other EU country. This is of course only how it should work but if I would get some info about the package from 1getfit.com maybe I could track it down or better yet they could do it for me.

As gloopzilla said … with VISA you might get your money back, call your local visa office and do a reklamation about the www-shop. VISA is most suited to handle things thereafter.
