and Its just 2 days before our next meet. I dont know how to explain the pain, just that whenever I try to run on the balls of my feet, it hurts like no other. does anyone know how I can fix this? cause I need advice fast.
how is ur ankle flexibility?
If itβs not too bad (chronic) 10 min in ice water twice a day might help a little for now. (search for ice baths threads)
But make sure you go and get medical advice afer next meet.
Is it both ankels? When you say it hurts when ever you run on the balls of your feet, do you mean your making a concious effort to run just on the balls of your feet when your sprinting? Do you have any history of ankle problems?
