Mark Guthrie is Andrew’s coach. He was at UW-LaCrosse for many years and just recently took a position at the University of Wisconsin at Madison.

Mark has a book out. You can purchase it online. Not sure the name. He is good friends with Clyde Hart and his training philosophy is nearly identical.And incase you guys aren’t aware he is no longer as Wis.Lax after this year. He took the job at University of Wisconsin.
En fact I’ve just seen in the net Mark’s book! But I’ve just started to inform me about atletic teories and I’d like to buy a valide book to begin… I’ve just token forum review by Francis. What do you think about that? About Bosco’s books what do you think?

How does Andrews coach work if you compare to, for example, Clyde Hart and why does the USA produce so much World Class 400 meter sprinters if you compare to any other nation? Does anyone have any ideas about this?
