ive been given these 3 products and was wondering if you guys can help me out on the best time to take them.

product 1 - arginine 2000mg, lysine 1000mg, ornithine 1000mg, glycine 1000mg, glutamine 2000mg, colostrum 3000mg(it says on pack to take at night, but thought may be better before training)

product 2 - carnitine 1000mg, chromium 100mcg, tyrosine 500mg, creatine 5000mg, ginseng 1000mg(they say take in morning)

product 3 - tyrosine 500mg, creatine 5000mg, ginseng 1000mg(they say take in morning)

what do you guys think???

I think 5g of of creatine is too much for you at your level. Stick with the arginine before training.

hey tc, what do you mean by my level???
at the moment i take product 1 before training and product 3 after my high intense days, but i would like to take carnitine but product 2 also has creatine in it, so im not to keen on taking it unless i use that for after training.

tc, what do you mean too much??? please explain!!!

also does anyone know is colostrum interferes with ZMA???
