Ok guys, i’m joining back the gym on saturday.

I will be sprinting 3 times aweek. On Monday, Wednesdays, and Fridays…

For a sprinter, can anyone give me a weight trainning routine to do on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday…

Myself i was just going to do, two upper body days and one full body routine on saturday.

But if anyone wants to be more specific, thank you.

In gpp you may be ok performing speed mwf and weights tths.

Tue/Sat:
back squats
bench press
rdl
db rows

Thur:
deadlift
incline
hypers
pullups

Primary lifts: Squats/Bench 3x6-12
Secondary lifts: 3x10-12

I’ll probably lean towards - Mon/Thur speed, Tue/Fri weights, Wed/Sat tempo each session no more then 2hrs.
