Can someone recommend me a dietary supplement that helps increase aggressiveness? I know an athlete taking AMP and Vitalyze prior to competition, and she says the energy levels are good, but she lacks aggressiveness.


Tell her you’ll get her a supp for it, then tell her you changed your mind- then you’ll see aggressiveness!!
Seriously, energy levels should be all you’re concerned about. You don’t want her to change the way she approaches the event from the way she performs it in practice.
Superior performance comes from event prep and taper, not from any change in execution.
