After 1 Week Off- Active rest

This off week (3 weeks on; 1 week active rest) came at the perfect time! I was starting to get some minor pain behind my (rt) knee-from a particular hill session where maybe I didn’t listen to my body and “got one more sprint in.” when i should have paid attention to my deteriorating from. Well the week of tempo, circuit weights and cycling & massages (self massage mostly) has paid off as I feel pretty darn good and Holly Frijoles!, I’m 189 lbs now.

I hope to get some film of my hill sessions this week and in several more weeks I’ll be adding a track session for you guys to critique and help me, if you want. I’d really appreciate it to guys. Sunday marks my next 3 week intensification block.
