some local coach’s have been asking for some general programs for their teams.
was wondering if someone could post a very basic program for:
season - comp, once a week
off-season, no comps
also would i apply the same priciples to basketball??

50 metre roll-on 95+ effort 4 times 6 min recov
side drills with soccer ball left and right leg…
2 twice up full field…
