adapting to speed

if you notice week in week out your improving but in small amounts say .05 of second, should you keep the pattern of the workout the same, or increase slightly the intensity and volume, then taper off?

shit i take .05 every single week.

so should i keep weekly pattern the same as is?

2 hi intesity seassions and 2 low int tempo sessions a week.

I think most would take .05 a week, thats not a small amount at all if its week after week.

amounts to shit though as my last meet is in august 12. At this drop rate I won’t or barely reach PB level. I hope i get those rare half second drops if it ever happens hehehe.
