Active final push off

I’ve put a 50 and a 60 m runs on youtube for input:

50 normal and slowed down:

60 normal and slowed down:

I showed them to my coach, and he said technique and turnover were ok, but my legs weren’t active enough on the ground, I was not applying the force I am capable of applying, and I needed to push off more effectively at the end of ground contact, right now it looked like I was just “petting” the ground.

Looking at those videos, can someone give me a better explanation/cue to fix that?

Thank you

Terrible video quality. But one thing I did notice was that you’re reaching out and then drag yourself forward.

As a running drill; just run actively with one leg, stretch the back, but do not reach forward, then relax and let the leg strike with speed.

Sorry for the bad quality, that’s all the camera can do for now.
Thank you for the input, I see what you mean about reaching too far forward with the lower leg, I’ll try to fix it
