What about Peggy Houglum book and that whole series? I have read the first edition, it is ok, altought I might re-read it again.

I have hundreds of books and many on therapy - but truthfully there are few I would reccomend as its area I feel has not been covered properly by any book.
If therapy and rehab is an area you want to cover I think you need to work with an expert for a while and find about 6 books in different contributing areas and try and work from that.
For anatomy use ‘Trail Guide to the Human Body’
Rehab - the Clinical Sports Medicine is a good start
You should have plenty of strength books already.
Get a Myofascial book also- Myofascial Trains is one
