Just curious for all of the track junkies out there, have there been ANY elite level sprinters on the men’s (or women’s) side that did not have high calf inserts? The hip is supposed to generate over 7x more power than the calf, yet every elite sprinter I have seen has ridiculously high calf inserts. I would think bigger hams/glutes would be more dominant in the sport than high calf inserts.
