Do you do ab work on speed days. as this is and endurance exercise with high reps or just do abs on tempo days or doesn’t it matter.Ihave been doing them on tempo and weights days but not after speed work.
I do 10 mins various x 30 sec on 30 sec off practically every workout. Speed / weights days I do them last before a stretch but on tempo days I generally do them after med ball throws and before hurdles and tempo.
