ATG = Ass To Ground as in depth of squat
ROM = Range Of Motion
SE = Speed / Special Endurance
WTS = Wednesday Thursday Saturday/ Sunday ?
BF = Body Fat
PT = Personal Trainer
DL = Dead Lift or Defensive Lineman
