I saw this a long time ago and cannot find the exact phrasing. It was from Michael Johnson I believe and was something like anxiety is the mind’s expectation to perform your best (obviously wrong) or something like that. If anybody has the exact words, I would appreciate it.
It could have been, “pressure to perform is a reflection of your own ambition.”
