Almost. I did it and it was just over .10 seconds off. But I don’t know my exact 40 yd dash time as I have not run it seriously in a long time. The last 40 I ran was actually 40m during practice and that’s what time I used.
most peole dont know there real 40 time.
but check it out…
my 40 was 4.43 hand time. so i put in 4.67. that came out to a 10.52…
so i dont know about that one.
Try some people such as deion and other football players who ran track and see what they come out to be.
but dadmonson… i give you credit… good try man… i wouldnt have been able to compile a formula like that.
Thanks for the props QUIKAZHELL. It didn’t really take me that long to figure out that formula, it just came to me to tell you the truth.
It is probably impossible to convert a 40 yard dash time into a 100 meter dash time because of speed endurance and stuff like that, that are involved in the 100 meter dash. The formula is just an educated guess at what you are capable of doing in the 100 meters based on your 40 yard dash time. Also I find it better if people use 2.54 instead of 2.55.HOLLA!!
but actually my hand itme was 4.43 so if we convert it to FAT. (which is obviosuly bullshit) it would be 4.67. From there it says my 100 should be 11.17. my 100 was acutally 11.00.FAT.
