11.8 hand time on an all-weather. I slipped at the beginning and it was 50 degrees out. So, absolutely perfect conditions I’m thinking I’d be running low 11s hand timed and mid 11s electronic, but this is a decent PB for now (although I’ve only run 100 all weather twice this season).
BTW QUICK I’m really enjoying these weekly threads.
